In the map editor one can not place antimatter where it goes along the border of a black hole. You can place just outside of the black hole but that is beyond where the map normally places it.
Good Catch, I was able to reproduce that as well. I will check with the developers on this.
Where is that map editor? Was it incorporated in yesterday's patch?
It is part of the new DLC that was released yesterday. As you are not an elite founder you'll have to purchase it.
So I made a map but none of the major powers are there - even though I placed their home worlds - only minors. And those are hardly developed... Is there a console command to reveal the whole map so I can see if the majors are there at all?
