I followed some of what they sid to tweak and then followed some links and tweaked some other places and with a 1.5mbit connection I get a clean 1.3mbit actual ethernet traffic speed on ADSL. Before I did this I was getting 1.1 - .10
so there was some gain.
remove your system from the euqation... then see if LogonStudio doesn't get in the way anymore, unless you know for a fact that everything is set opti with your system....
