Nintendo WB Skins

Hiya, i'm new to this board but was wondering if anyone could answer my question.

A while ago Pixtudio created some exclusive nintendo skins for WB. Does anyone have a link to these on the Nintendo Website. I have bought some of the games that are mentioned as being pre-requisites to getting the skins, but can find no where to download them.

Or is there a secret link only being provided with new purchases of the games ( i bought mine months ago)?

They are only available for european users. You have to enter a
special code, you are getting with the Game Cube and the games,
at the Nintendo website and then you get access to the skins.

The Nintendo skins are only LEGALLY available with the purchase of a console or game in Europe.

Doghouse, if you are suggesting an illegal distibution of the skins, WinCustomize is the wrong place to do so. Let me explain why.

Alexandrie and Treetog, skinners par excellence and Admins of this site, make money selling skins. The skins only have value if the buyer has control over them. Some companies choose to distribute the skins freely. Nintendo chose to incorporate the skins as part of an innovative marketing campaign to reward registration. The key concept is that they bought them. If you distribute the skins without permission, you are stealing. Stealing intellectual property and stealing art. That is unacceptable. >

I explained your sentiments to Mr DogHouse a few moments ago on IRC. He has advised he will not act on this any further. Hopefully this will not be a problem any longer.

Please note that facilitation of the unlawful distribution of copyrighted images in violation of their expressed and inherent rights is grounds for the rescinding of any and all access rights to this site.

Rights to these specific works have been bought and are therefore the property of Nintendo....and are NOT for distribution by others.

Guys calm down. I have purchased a Gamecube in the last couple of months and about 10 games legally. Also i am in the UK. So it appears that i might have missed out on this offer. Was just wondering if it was availalble to those who had already bought the machine and games.

To dswskinner,

you must type the number of the registration card in and will get
access to the skins. You need to have a game cube to get the
GameCube WB skins and Icons. To get the other skins and icons you
need to have the games with the same name.

Now don't get me wrong.....stealing is BAD!!......but

How many of you have recently cut a check to NCR for your use of the internet? Not many (more like none), I suspect. They do have the patent on the internet and using it without paying them amounts to 'stealing' their potential revenue....
