Hello, i'm using Fences since 1 year now i love it, but even with a SSD and 12gb DDR3 when i start my computer fences take some second to run properly and it kill my ssd power 
I just use 6 fences as you can see here :

Any kind of setup to boost startup of fences ?

Let me guess.... Windows 8, isn't it?
Fences doesn't slow the boot process...it only highlights how Microsoft has rearranged things to give the impression the OS has booted faster.
Because the MS-default process is to load 3rd party apps after its own boot anything 3rd party involved with the GUI actually shows you when the OS has finished loading...;)
