Is there a reason why pocketblinds is not skinning the upper bar?

Pocket blinds has an option to not skin the app bar... have a look and make sure yours is set correctly. I use this feature of pocketblinds because I prefer to use wisbar to skin the taskbar area ... but I like to have the command bar and buttons skinned as well.
