I was just sitting back, doing some skins on my computer after uploading my new wallpaper

"pling" new mail popup, from wincustomize.

he didn't make it, however i thougt it wat a pretty good one.
I read the mail, and it said: congratulations, he made it....

since when, and why is this new mail???

Keila, talking about some message from frogbot about getting an upload conformation if the wall was accepted. My understanding was no more emails one way or another.

Due to the abusive comments our admins are receiving from people responding to rejection letters we will no longer be sending rejection letters and only acceptance letters.

Hey Styl, if only 1 out of 10 get accepted it would be easier to send out the accepted letters than the non-excepted ones and cheaper.

Styl Skinner: I would think it's simpler to do an acceptance letter because it is unlikely to be replied to by anger and rudeness and you don't need to explain why it was accepted. Possibly an auto process once an admin approves the wall.

Acceptance letters are automatic.....[no 'effort' required].
Rejection letters may be still sent when dealing with particular issues...such as ripping, etc.

What was taking the 'time' was the secondary responses to 'but I have 1337 skillz...you have no right to reject it you bunch of no-talent scum...get a life'....that sort of thing...
