How can I install the theme)?

I donwloaded he theme,but in WinCustomize I make "apply"and he said me-No themes found in the computer-I need some program or what:)?

Most of the themes and skins here need a program to make them work. If you downloaded a DesktopX theme, then you will need the DesktopX program to make it work. the same is true for many of the other skins too. If you go back to the main message board, at the top you will see a link to "Frequently Asked Questions", that should tell you what you need to know.
