Minor: Upgrading Starbase causes audio to pop

Ever since launch (I genuinely cannot remember hearing it happen in BETA), whenever I upgrade a starbase, the audio seems to pop. I can only assume when the game reloads the animation, the sound does as well from the point of the upgrade.

Is there any more information that I should post to try and pin this down? Or is this known?
