Multiplayer Problems

Hey Galactic Civilizations 3 Community,

so a friend and me wanted to play multiplayer, and at start it works well we both take custom races plays some rounds, and then game crash.

Ok we think and treid to load but every time on of us joined, was in a endless loading screen.

So we started a new game without custom race, because we read that they cause some problem, so we played a new game and my internet chrashed.

Shit happens. tryed to load the game, but again endless loading screen and now also one problem ist that we even cant join a new game. Always someone of us tried to join a lobby from the other, comes an endless Loading screen.

So please can someone help us? We want to play this game online, but it dosent work.
