Not really sure, but many of the programs come in a shareware version to let people try it out. Then if they like it they can purchase it. Thats the best I can do.

object bar is part of Object Desktop, and there is a shareware version of most of the component in object desktop but they dont work as well as the purchased product you get what you pay for you have the real deal

Dumb question. Did you install ObjectBar from Component Manager?

Did you have a previous shareware version installed?

Perhaps uninstall whatever version you have and resinstall from Component Manager?

I got the same message from object bar last night... saying it was the sharware... and my trial had expired... I uninstalled and reinstalled it... then it worked fine... not sure why... but it did the same thing...

Thanks for your help. I uninstalled & reinstalled via Component Manager & that took care of it. I was worried I had to buy more software.

i've noticed that if you install a winstyles suite and don't have one of the supported components, it will ask you if you would like to have it downloaded. If you say yes it will download a shareware version of the software. If you allready own it just make sure to download it from component manager, say yes when it asks to replace settings and you should be good to go.
