Can`t activate Acoustic Bridge - "Maximum activations reached"

Hello! I got a problem after i try to instal my legal copy of Acoustic Bridge. After reinstalling windows i try to install Acoustic Bridge again but now i can`t register it. I got a message that "Maximum activations reached", but i never install it on more then my 2 computers. Maximum from instruction it can be instaled on 4 PCs. How can i register it now? Please help me reset activation count.

I start a support ticket, but after 2 days i dont get any responce. [#XGH-813-83048]
