ToonXP - DesktopX

DesktopX shuts down because of an error in "Desktop.exe". Does anybody know why? Thanks.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall? It sounds like maybe the install was corrupted or something is conflicting with it.

O', sorry, I guess it would be the ToonXP since you put it in the title. I didn't buy that yet. Sorry, I can't help much on that.

ToonXP is probably the best theme I have seen and use in a 'coon's age, but does anyone know why I have to disable and enable it everytime I boot up my machine? I am an XP user.

heres the solution.
just ONE question...do you have a HARD DISK fitted in drive D: ? well, the problem is that, the TOP object shows the free space in Drive D: also, so, if you have a valid drive D: that is: if you have a CD-ROM or a hard-drive fitted as D: only. or..since there is nothing asD:. it might be an error and it would shut down...

did this solve ur prob?

I have the same issue. And yes I have a hard drive d:. The error I get is
"The application generated an exception that could not be handled"
Process id=0xe3c(3644), Thread id = 0x1ec(492)

I have unistalled and reinstalled DeskTopX and also downloaded ToonXp again to make sure I had the latest. >
