Loaded after uninstalling?

Please help! I downloaded WindowBlinds after looking around and when I turned it on I chose a theme and thought I didn't like it, so I reverted to default theme, but it wasn't working. I restarted my laptop and it was gone (For what I thought) I uninstalled WindowBlinds, but after I uninstalled I saw something quite strange. There was gray everywhere I couldn't find a way to remove it. (While WindowBlinds was off my computer ENTIRELY) I reinstalled WindowBlinds and uninstalled it. No luck. Can anyone help with my issue?

Have you tried setting the default theme in Windows?

You could try to install Windowblinds again and set the default once more.

I tried twice and set the default theme a few times changing back and forth from the default and windows8 theme but nothing would work
