[Bug] 1.03 Multiplayer 2nd player controlled by AI

After the update, my friend and I attempted to start a new multiplayer game. However, every time we do, when the game loads, he is already rushing a factory and building several other things on his planet. This is manageable, as he removes the rush and queue and sets what he wants. But when I end my turn, it just skips his turn and comes back to mine. When he looks, his turn was taken by the AI. We cannot play the game this way.
