Trillian/WindowBlinds interaction

I've tried many skins for WB, along with both of the skins i have for trillian..no matter the selection of skins, when i send or receive an IM in trillian, the window keeps attemption to re-draw itself infinitely, causing the program to crash. is there any work-around? No, i'm not going to just use msn messenger and AOL's aim client.

Thanks for the help

right click your desktop, then select properties, the apperence tab, windowblinds button, on the left hand side of the window that pops up you will see per application, pick that, and then add per application setting... then you can drag from the bullsye on the window that pops up, or select the directory that trillian is in... tell it to ignore this application and do not skin it... then make sure you restart Trillian if you are running it...

I wish more ppl would go thru the pain of makeing matching trill skins for some of the themes. Trillians a great program but the fact that they designed it with NO way to use system themes/colors its kind of annoying.

Bug the people who make trillian and ask them to put in a skin of 'none', where it uses normal Windows widgets. ^_~

ppl have been asking him for it as long as I can remember. I thought was great they wanted to make it a skinable app but the skins just are not popular to make so selection is thin. I think ALL skinable apps need an option to default to using a system colors skin but thats just MHO.

There are a few matching WB/Trillian skin sets. The ones that come to mind are:

PixOS
Seti
Crystallized
Dervish
iTunes
Azzaro

I agree. That's my biggest problem with Trillian. Even when certain skins are ported to Trillian, the result isn't nearly as nice as it would be if it used actual Windows widgets.
