And it's nice to know, with all the abuse that can sometimes occur over chatrooms, messageboards, and even email, that people can still remain unjaded to the point where they might have disregarded this "911" as a prank. Instead, they reacted without hesitation.

It's a testament to the human capacity for compassion.

she prob got a faster response typing 911 on a screen then calling... hehe
(I've actually heard of ppl calling it and being put on hold!)
