Wish I did, but I don't use webblinds though I have it, I find IE is just too touchy by itself.

it's ok... I will figure it out... others have this problem too... checked stardock.com's message boards... confused though... no one has found a solution... and their setup differs from mine in so many ways...

actually you can change web-blinds while inside IE or from inside the ObjectDesktop\Webblinds folder by clicking on the Web-Blinds icon...

In IE right click on the task bar and then Web-Blinds settings and set it to use the Windows default at the top of the list.

In ObjectDesktop\Webblinds Folder right click the icon and click enable\disable icon.

I wish it was that simple, it is as though it is not here... that doesn't work, and the webblinds settings arent even listed under the tools menu anymore... tried all three of those though and still nothing no were... the icons are in the folder.. but the program doesn't seem to exist in the registy when I install it, and when I install and uninstall still the same...

also, you might want to do a uninstall from inside CM, and then run that little down and dirty which cleans residual files from uninstalled OD proggies. Then do a clean re-install and see if that takes?

mm, yeah WB4 on this system and my laptop and seems to work fine.

I did have some issues a couple of months back with almost all of ODnet installs, had to clean everything off and re-install, since them not one problem. My registry was a mess so before I re-installed I ran Reg-FirstAide and cleaned, sorted and compressed the registry.

I'd try a reboot and then delete the file and then do a clean install and then try it out. If your using the Wincustomize browser, your still making use of IE so it would be in use even if IE wasn't loaded in another window. At least I think that is how the browser ends up work, it is more of an overlay than a replacement..

yeah.. true.. I rebooted deleted the file, reinstalled... and still nothing.. darn... I think the DLL isn't being put into the registry... when I select enable, reg prot doesn't pop up and warn me of a registry key being added.. searched for it in the registry... didn't find the DLL listed... hmmm...

you probably want to turn off your reg-protection and anything else loading up that is not essential to windows xp booting up. something very well could be stoppin git from registering.

Oh hell, what is your WindowBlinds settings like for Internet Explorer, isn't there a place in the settings to overr-ride skining IE h?
