Removing Control Center

I can't seem to get rid of control center. I've uninstalled it and it still pops up.

Does anyone have anythoughts on how I may be able to remove it?

I tried that from the cm. Uninstalled and deleted. I even just uninstalled all of object desktop and cm. It still comes up.

What do you mean by system?
