Apply Style not working

For some reason, when I click "Apply Style" it changes the taskbar and everything to white and the start button reverts to the window icon....I'm using Windows 7. When I go into Control panel / personalization - under themes - for "My Themes" it shows "Unsaved Theme" as my current theme.

No matter what blind I try to apply - nothing works. Is there something I need to correct on Windows so Window Blinds will work?

I would recommend uninstalling Windowblinds, rebooting and reinstalling Windowblinds and trying again. Control Panel/Personalization has nothing to do with Windowblinds at all Bizlady.

Thank you Light Star - I will try that. I believe the issue is that my Desktop Window Manager is not active - and after numerous attempts to make it active, no such luck.
