does anyone know where ther is - or give me some snippits of code, as i know not the first thing about creating an bojectbar theme, and the tutorial at stardock only seems to tell how to dissable or edit already existing bars...please help me.

e.g. how to creat a bar from skratch, ad a cloce, possition things, taskbar etc.

-please help me

I think starting with an existing theme is the best way to learn. Try editing the obskin files in skinstudio and start changing things till you get what you want. This will give you a feel for what the various settings do.
