i just new in here an need something von opening this *wba* files and I
don't know from where...
need help;)

To start, you need to have the WindowBlinds program installed to use a WBA file. Them double click on the WBA file. Next go to your desktop and right click and select properties. Then click on appearence and click on the blind you want. Hit apply.

"wba" file is a file for the "windowblinds" program. You need windowblinds. You might be able to get further info in the "help" section on this site.

You also can check the FAQ at the top of the message board for more info. If you look at the the top section that you downloaded the windowblind it will tell you what you need to use it and how to get it.
