Placed order, paypal has a different email account, did migration tool, still unable to download

Hiya!  I placed an order a couple days ago, and though it'd be quicker to pay by PayPal.  I didn't realize PayPal's email association would cause a problem if PayPal's and Stardock's email address associations didn't match.  I used the registration transfer tool offered in an autoreply to go from the paypal email to my stardock email.  I still cannot download it and I did the process within the 24 hour period.  Is the transfer immediate or is there a delay time involved?

This was the message I got when using the "merge registrations" option, after verifying both addresses, but still cannot download OD:

I tried merging again - the merge still did not take place.  The primary email account status still reads "expired" and there is no order reference.  The secondary account has an order reference but says I have nothing to download.  I'm stuck either way without Object Desktop right now.  :(

I did the latest merge from a different computer.

Logging out of the store and back in had no effect.

I am stuck and still need help.  This is a mess.  Especially as WinCustomize renewed on the fly and without problems, I regret using PayPal for my main OD license.
