Help!

Just got the new Toon xp and applied it with Desktop X but I keep on getting this weird error.


This application failed has to start because MSVCR.dll was not found.


I tried to reinstall Desktop X but this does'nt fix this problem. Can any 1 please help. >

Check to see if msvcr.dll is in the desktop x folder. If not a simple way to fix this is to copy msvcr.dll from the ObjectDock folder. If you don't have ObjectDock, here's a link. https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/

I am having EXACTLY the same problem, and my Theme Manager constantly closes itself as well. The file I'm missing is "msvcr70.dll" but when I do a search for it there's 8 of them in various locations (including prog files\object desktop\desktopX) on my hd. I'm pretty much stumped.

Any help would be great.

Well, I dunno what I did (reinstalls and/or restarts) how many times but everything's up'n running fine & dandy for me now. I hope you're as lucky as I was lab123. I'd say keep tryin' that's what seemed to work for me.
