I do NOT have XP. I use windows 98.
Should i even be visiting this site and trying to Download things?
If so, I have been and nothing seems to work for me. I have these programs:
WinStyles, DesktopX, IconPackager, ObjectBar, SDplayer, SkinStudio. Am i missing something? Or am i just a newb to this stuff?

Yes i have the programs.
I installed them.
(I think so anyway)

Well if you no you'ev insatlled the programs then it sholud be faily simple to install the themes/skins.Just go the the folder were you'ev d/l it and double click....I also hav 98.These progs work fine but make sure you hav a good enough processor.These progs can easyly simulate the xp os.As i hav done and fooled my cousin

.Sadly it only last for a while as i use the shareware versions
