Check out that thread, think it'll tell you where everything needs to be placed. It shows how to use any old pictures from the web, so I can't see why you couldn't swap in your own files at that point.
ok thanks.. why not just put a browse button in the game!! lol... thanks reading the thread now.
Think one of the devs mentioned they'd like to improve the way that all works, but just not a high priority at this time.
