2 Person + Full AI Multiplayer Game on Huge Map

We played stable all of Friday for a little over 400 turns and now my friend (I am host) is crashing regularly after resuming our game today. We can't get more than a few turns in now without my friend CTD. Ticket submitted with files attached:
