Ship Designer issues

Hello

Not sure if this has been posted and resolved If so I apologize.

I am having issues when it comes to rotating my ship view In the designer menu.

I have tried to hold down the middle mouse wheel, for some reason it will not work any suggestions?

I am running a Logitech G500s set to default if this helps.
