WinCustomize Server is down

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. The primary file server for WinCustomize is currently down. We have contacted our ISP and are waiting to here back from them.

We do not know the cause of the problem at this time so I am not sure how long the
server will be unreachable. Hopefully it won't be more than a couple hours.

This outage will affect all mini preview images and downloads for all Level 1 & 2 users. Level 3 and 4 users should still be able to download.

It appears that Cogent is doing some emergency router maintenance. Sounds like a major part of their network is down.
From what I have been told they should be up and running within the next 15 minutes.
