Oops...Internet Explorer halts

After I have installed and switch between differents skins (webblinds) my Internet Explorer halts after launch, and now I can't even start it up. Does anyone have a clue about what's happened? Are there any way to get it back / reinstall IE?

I'm using Windows XP SP1

Ehem...didn't take long time before I found a short term solution...disable webblinds

all you need to do is delete the current skin that you are using with Webblinds... that's what I did when I had that problem... go to the directory it's in on your har drive and delete it... do not delete the webblinds, or windowblinds programs themselves... just the skin you are using... it will return to the default skin the first time you run IE with webblinds...

hope that helps... that's how I settled it when I had that problem

There may also be another solution. I experienced similiar halt/not responding until I removed WB 3.9 and put back 3.5
