Are you talking about WindowBlinds? The shareware version doesn't run at startup.

if you are referring to desktop x it's because you are running a beta version... same goes for windowblinds go into the componenet manager and uninstall the betas and roll back to the last non beta version of which ever is giving you a hassle...

Yeah, would really be helpful to write which program You are talking about...

winstyles .. has a check box in settings load windowblinds at startup
