Is it possible to use KVM to select which OS my secondary boots into

I have a headless PC with Win 7 and Win 8.1 set as a secondary but cannot find a way to select which to boot into Mutiplicity only recognises the secondary once it has loaded the default

Would each OS require it's own password ?

You'll need to boot into Windows(at least to the login screen) to start KVM with that machine.
