But, you are right GM...my immune system is taxed lately and I need my sleep no matter how much I fear it. ()

Sounds like our history's are much the same, Shmoopy. "Parents" are who and what you make them, really.

It's just a little trick I use when I can't sleep (I'm a pro at that myself). Building an imaginary sanctuary, retreating to my privacy. Even when I'm not sleeping, I can approximating it.

I don't have the problem but I feel more comfortable hugging a pillow. Could try that.

wouldn't do it at this juncture, wouldn't be prudent... All it does it bring on the nightmares(flash backs) even more vivid and I am so drugged out I can't wake up even when I tell myself to. So, I saty awake until I fall over on my face
