Newbie needs help x)

Hey all!

I'm a newbie in wincustomize and all skinning, and I need to ask one question.. I've enchanted a sysmetrix skin called blackcomb and I want to put it in here to everyone, and my question is about permissions.. how do I get a permission from the actual designer? should I ask it in e-mail or what?
I'm pretty stupid so tell me

You do need permission from the artist. If you e-mail the artist you will get a yes or no. If it's no you'll have to design something else, if it's yes you need to include the permission as a text file in the zip you upload. Without that permission text the skin will be rejected.

Blackcomb is one of the best skins that is offered. One reason is because it is available for a wide variety of applications.

Changing a skin for personal preference is done quite often but mostly the use is kept for individual purposes.

I have changed SysMetrix's Copperdeck to suit my system and IMO works better but what works for me doesn't work for everyone.
