Hibernate objectdock icon

I can't figure out how to program my hibernate icon for ObjectDock. Any hints for what to use as the link would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by Hibernateing the icon for ObjectDock? Please explain a little more. Plus include what OS your using.

I'm using Windows XP Home. I downloaded an an objectdock icon that looks like the hibernate icon in Windows XP. what do I need to put in the link and arguement lines to make it send my computer into hibernate mode?
