icons with iconpackager

in icon packager, double click on the package name (loads the package), then click on the apply button.

It depends on if it's a .zip file or a .ip file you have downloaded.

If it's a .zip file, extract the contents into a folder and then double click on the .iptheme file that should come with the icon set, that will then load Iconpackager and you can the apply the icons from there.

If it's a .ip file you have, then simply double click on this file; IconPackager will load and then apply them, no need to extract anything.
