Feature Request: Bring all/specific fence over all opened windows for few seconds

Greetings!
I'd like to see this feature.
Use case:
Opened few fullscreen windows (like IDEs, Browsers etc.) need to run app, located in one of the fences.
User presses global hotkey, fences appear over all opened windows for 5-10 seconds.
User launches app from one of fences.
Fences go back, to desktop level.
