Due to it's most bitter and most nasty taste CROW is best eaten warm.

I'm including a couple of recipes for your enjoyment

Fried Crow ala Buc

Ingredients
2 lbs of crow, cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour for coating
2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Season crow pieces to taste, then roll in flour to coat. Place crow pieces in skillet and fry on medium heat until one side is golden brown, then turn and brown other side until meat is no longer pink inside and its juices run clear (internal temperature registers at least 180F on a meat thermometer). Drain using paper towels.

Crow Casserole Buccaneer

6 Crow breasts
1 quart sauerkraut
6 strips bacon
1/3 cup chopped onions

Brown the crow breasts in a skillet, when browned, place them in a
casserole dish on top of a 1 1/2 inch layer of sauerkraut. Lay a strip
of bacon on each breast and sprinkle the onion on them. Next layer over
them again the sauerkraut and some of it's juices. Bake at 350 deg, for
2 hrs. Enjoy eating your CROW Raider Fans!

what hurts like hell is having a team playing pro ball as long as the Bucs have with killer defense the whole blooming time and it take this long for some kind of offense to come toegther, but at last it did.

Still boils down to the Bucs defense, who got MVP by the way?
