Founder Edition and Gift Edition Not showing Product key on Stardock page

Hi,

It seems both of my Founder's edition and my gift edition product key is not showing in the Stardock Account page, is there any way you could fix this?

The founder's edition is actually already installed on steam fine due to already installed during alpha, but the product key is not showing up for my friend.
