Crashing after Diplomacy/ Tool tips glitching out.

1. The game continues to crash many times when I accept an offer from other races in diplomacy.

2. Many descriptions and tool tips after the last patch have been glitching to where they don't fit in their text boxes and get cut off. Sometimes hovering around the target will get it to work for like a second and then it goes back to being cut off.
