Fences randomly resize and overlap

Does anyone else have a problem that the fences resize or overlap randomly?


Im not sure if it is because sometimes I work with one screen (on the rd) and 2 screens at the office. Sometimes that means in order to find icons, I need to resize the fence EVERY TIME I switch on my PC (Win 8.1).

This is a problem in that some days the fence is close enough to the edge of the screen, I cant "grab" it to resize or move. Additionally, I have to find my icons as the shape/size of the fence is always changing

Your Fence should have a scrollbar, though it may be invisible until you hover/use your mousewheel, which you can use to view more icons if your Fence contains more than what can be shown.

Have you changed any of those settings since you said you use 1 screen, sometimes 2. May be helpful to have Fences remember your layout per resolution.

I've set this setting up but it doesnt seem to be keep it.

 

I have one fence that is very very long and narrow. I cant "grab" the top, bottom or right side so I can resize it. Any hints there?

Have you tried restoring a snapshot to see if you can move it afterwards? Is your Fence locked?
