Can Stardock create a Win 10 product to Fix Tablet mode?

It will be pretty ironic as Stardock really helped fix Win 8 for Desktop users and now I think we need Stardock help to fix Win 10 for Tablet's. Win 10 right now is a real mess for Tablets and it looks like this is MS's intention as every demo they have done of Win 10 on tablets has been the same.

As you can see by the lists below Win 10 is a real mess for Tablets and will need some serious tweaks. I hope Stardock can see this need and come up with something that can make Win 10 more usable on Tablets.

The main issues I have are as follows

1. Taskbar is intended to be on at all times in tablet mode even on tablets as small as 8 inches. The taskbar takes up valuable screen space and is not very useful in touch mode especially when using your thumbs. AutoHide option on the taskbar does not work well as the taskbar tends to bug out and stick around to long in autohide mode or be difficult to call up when you need it.

2. The actual Desktop is grayed out in Tablet mode and unusable, pretty silly that when in Tablet mode the odd chance you need to access anything on the desktop it is grayed out.

3. Swipe ahead to scroll through your open apps. This has been replaced by a very abrupt screen that shows all your open apps in small boxes where you have to choose which one you want. Flicking through your apps with a swipe was much more efficient

4. Charm bars are completely gone, MS nuked the Charms bars and replaced it with the Notification Center, however the NC is missing Brightness slider, Volume Slider, Restart Button among other things.

5. Even in Tablet mode apps only open in Maximized mode and NOT Full Screen.

6. No Metro IE and Spartan has had nothing mentioned about a Full screen mode for Touch.

Here are some other suggestions from Paolo Cardelliperson who see's the same issues I do

•Boot to "Full-Screen Start Menu" by default when Tablet Mode is permanently activated in Settings;
•Hide Taskbar by Default while in Tablet Mode, everywhere. Make it visible only by swiping from the bottom edge of the screen, like a the current menu list charms in modern apps;
•Make an "Immersive" version of Project Spartan like the current IE11 Metro while in Tablet Mode;
•Bring back the 8.1 Apps-Snapping style while in Tablet Mode;
•Hide any "old-Desktop" Windows behind the "Full-Screen Start Menu" background/transparency while in Tablet Mode;
•Make a modern full-screen "Windows Explorer" instead of opening "old-Desktop" Explorer while in Tablet Mode (this is the BIGGEST limit of 8.1 right now, maybe the only real one);
•Bring back the new announced precision touchpad gestures even on Touch Screens (Always, not only while in Tablet Mode);
•Keep the "Swipe down from upper charm" to close apps while in Tablet Mode;
•Hide the "minimize Start Menu" icon (on top right corner) when Tablet Mode is permanently activated in Settings;
•Enable Cortana searches directly on the "Full-Screen Start Menu" (on top right corner, with 8.1 Search button) when in Tablet Mode;
•Insert "Share" and "Play To" contextual buttons on Action Center (Always, not only on Tablet Mode);
•Make Action Center Full-Screen by height "Charm Bar style" when activated in Tablet Mode;
•Insert clock time and date, Always visible in bottom right corner on top of "Full-Screen Start Menu" while in Tablet Mode (Xbox One style);
