Sleep is highly overated and yes I'm manic and I like it that way!!!

seriously though, I've never slept more than 4 hours in a 24 hour period in my life that I can remember unless I was passed out dead to the world because I had been awake for a number of days in a row without or with very little sleep.

Though sometimes.... I really wonder what I've been missing when thinking about people who do sleep at least 8 hours and would sleep 10 if they had the chance.

Oh and I do not dream that I can remember, which is probably a good thing in itself.
