Icon Packager Downloads

I have downloaded an Icon Packager file from Wincustomize.com
The problem is I could not open the file. Can you

help!
Where can I find the appropriate file to open it up?

You have to have icon packager (The application) do you have it? Assuming you do, within icon packager, click on "Istall new Package" then click on "install from disk", then browse to wherever you installed the file on your hard drive, click on the file and icon packager will open it up. if you like that particular package and want to install it, click on "apply" or "ok". good luck
