Fences not loaded/need To reinstall

I was having this problem too, it started happening after restarting after installing some updates from Windows Update.

I was actually running a slightly outdated version of Fences so downloaded and installed the latest version and restarted -- still didn't work!

So I then uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed, and entered in the product key, and all was working fine.
