How do I install winamp skins on this site on Winamp 2.x?

DEpends, if it's a Winamp 2 skin, then you should be able to just double-click on it. If it's a Winamp 3 skin, then you can't.

However, you can dowload the wa3 skin into a folder and go there and double click it.
