Wallpaper Question

I've had problems in the past but I never thought I'd have a problem with Wallpaper! Choosing a wallpaper in Properties does not work and they won't apply in WinStyles either! Can anybody tell me how this happened? Thanks.

Well, boy this is a weird one. Do you have active desktop turned on, or conversely, do you have it turned off and are trying to apply a .jpg wall? Sheesh, I have no idea.

But keep trying and dont miss the hope, is a weird one but your last option will be uninstall and reinstall again
