Ever design your own personal website?

Well... have you?

I am trying but my new job takes up most of my time and the rest I spend sleeping to recover. (more on that later)

I have my website designed but I don't like it. I liked it before but now I can't stand it. Because of this delilmia (spell?) I can't do anything creative. I got like this mental creative block or something.

My emotions are going through the roof over here. I am so irratable because I can't figure out what to do next. It is driving me crazy.

I'm going to bed.

Here's my link if ya wanna gander: http://www.darkseraphim.com/

It's still in the works...(heck, ALWAYS in the works)!

I have an old PSP website but that's an old ghost ship I don't attend to any longer.

My homepage used to have tons of my poetry, singing, art, model photos and even dancing mpegs but I ended up getting a bunch of...uh...'odd' fans. I'll leave it at that. I learned my lessons the hard *cough* way.

id share mine but it has a little more personal information than id care to share with 'everyone'. It's a simplistic/clean look, but I still think it's pretty creative. Let me know if your really curious and want some inspiration (for good or bad) and ill send ya the link.

I don't care much about mine.. I have it filled with info. I look at it this way. If somebody wants to stock me, go for it. They will get bored and leave.

Yeah, I've got a website. I've been told it's good, but.... I dunno. I might redesign it soon.

Sure, I've had several incarnations of it. It started out simple than got more ambitious. At one point I had a very well known php coder working with me creating a dynamic scripted skins database. Then it all went to hell after several server swaps by my provider. It became an unwieldy mess, so I killed it and went super simple. I even changed the focus for the site from skinning to digital art in the process.

I think the graphics and the interface are a little too big. 1024x768'ers will be blown away...

I saw that when I went there to take a look at things on my notebook! It's perfectly useable, but the right edge of the tutorials (well, tutorial, so far? ^_^) gets clipped.

I was surprised though! Usually when I hear 'There isn't much there' or something like that, I merely expect a mostly blank index page!

hehe, but this is styl-x huh, your solution for design
i think we (me and my "crazy styler" stop asking hehe) are going to build a flash intro with at the end a resolution tester, so it automaticly choose the good page

Oh, and don't forget the retro 80's video game gloriously redone that people can play while the intro's loading!

I use to monitor web pages for Talk City looking for pirates and also for good pages. A good page is a page that keeps a person there. I found myself at Splash! page for awhile. Nice page.

I've redesigned my site 6 times in less than a year and a half. Still working on #6..... never satisfied.....
Having a slow connection, has made me aware of slow loading pages, so I go for speed, rather than pazazz...
