Hey again,
I don't have any particular topic in mind right now, I just felt like saying hello to you all. The best part about this is that I really have no idea who "you all" are. Whoever and wherever you are though, I hope you're having a top night and that you're happy about where you are in life. If not, reply to this message and at least you'll have someone to talk to about it.
Where I am right now it's nearly half past nine on a Monday night in the greater Brisbane area. It's just me and Mum home at the moment, with both my sisters out and Dad zooming around somewhere in Australian airspace. I think he's in Darwin tonight. I'm in quite a pleasantly relaxed mood tonight which may have something to do with the music on the doco Mum's watching (don't you just love the ABC?). Maybe I should be a composer for music on documentaries. To tell the truth though, I don't think I could ever be happy in a documentary-related job -- they're so serious, and I truly believe my calling in life is to poke fun at things. Maybe I could invent my own genre: mockumentaries. Well it wouldn't be like I was doing anything really new -- there've been rockumentaries and... wow mental blank on the other lamish name for a hybrid doco.
Well if you can't tell it's a random night in the brain of Tegan tonight. Sorry about that, but no one's making you read this. Don't you reckon that one of the net's greatest joys is how well it lends itself to hedonism? You don't have to do anything you don't want to do, and you can do pretty much whatever you want. This blog's purpose is almost solely so I can rattle out whatever thoughts I feel like, whether anyone reads them or not. And likewise, this site is accessible to pretty much anyone who is connected to the net, and they can choose to read it or not to read it as they please. As usual, I'm not doing a very good job at expressing the thought as it exists in my head, but I think you catch my drift. All the above said, if you're still reading I'm glad you're sharing this moment with me.
I think I'll wrap up tonight with a photo as I have a couple uploaded at my disposal. hmm which one to use...
