Problems with WinCustomise Browser

Hi,nearly all items that I select to download on the WinCustomise Browser give "Failed" as a message.Why?
I can't download anything. thanks mirna3

I would be currious if you are using the shareware version of the browser or the subscription version... I don't know but maybe this feature is not available in the shareware version.

Oh... ok try uninstall reinstall if no luck ... maybe Frogboy can help... he's the tech savvy one right?

mirna3, check the files that may have been downloaded. there is a good chance they may actually be an HTML file. Try opening one of them with IE. It may give an error message that may help determine what the problem may be.
