osx applicable skinning

Yeah i really love the skinability of my win 2000 pc but i would really like to find a skinning program for my mac. Does anyone have an idea as to where i may be able to find skinning software for a mac. Could you let me know?

For Mac OS 9.1 and older, there is Kaleidoscope. http://www.kaleidoscope.net/ I don't know what's out there for OSX.
